In the current economic climate, retaining employees and providing professional development to increase their skills is of paramount importance. JJC Corporate and Community Services is focused on assisting local and regional businesses with these two needs.
They offer customizable contract training for every business that gives the flexibility and skills required to increase employee retention and upskill your workforce.
From OSHA Safety Training, New Supervisor Instruction and technology coaching in Adobe and Microsoft, they have the ability to meet your training needs. They also work closely with the Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) through WIOA and the Workforce Investment Board to provide financial assistance for the cost of training.
