Office Manager
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting mail, and filing documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist in preparing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle inquiries and requests from Executives, staff, and clients
- Utilize phone systems to direct calls appropriately
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Light Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of clerical procedures, such as typing and filing
- Detail-oriented professional
- Business background preferred
