Sales Development Representative
VoyagerNetz is looking for an individual to add to our team to help us develop leads for potential sales. While not a sales position, this individual will be responsible for driving new business through identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and building a workable pipeline for the sales team. This position will involve a lot of phone based work.
This is a flexible part time position 20-25 hours per week, in our St. Charles based office.
Breakdown of Responsibilities
Sales Process (80%)
- Surveying: Finding, compiling, + researching potential leads
- Prospecting + Attempting: Taking a list of potential prospects and working on breaking through and building fully fledged leads to hand over to sales. This will involve:
- Cold Calling
- Relationship Building
- Follow up, scheduling and invitation calls
- Working to Breakthrough to Potential Leads
Administration (20%)
- Documenting information into CRMs, Google Drive & other platforms
- Building Leads Packets + Mailers.
- Some basic office tasks
- Handling incoming calls
- This job is office based and will require little to no travel

Preferred Experience
- Previous Experience in Outbound Sales Work
- Previous Experience in Phone based work
- Previous Experience in an Office environment
Compensation
16-18$ Hourly depending on experience
Plus team based bonus structure plan for sales growth
