Sales Development Representative
VoyagerNetz is looking for an individual to add to our team to help us develop leads for potential sales. While not a sales position, this individual will be responsible for driving new business through identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and building a workable pipeline for the sales team. This position will involve a lot of phone based work. 
This is a flexible part time position 20-25 hours per week, in our St. Charles based office.  

Breakdown of Responsibilities

Sales Process (80%)

  • Surveying: Finding, compiling, + researching potential leads 
  • Prospecting + Attempting: Taking a list of potential prospects and working on breaking through and building fully fledged leads to hand over to sales. This will involve:
    • Cold Calling
    • Relationship Building
    • Follow up, scheduling and invitation calls
    • Working to Breakthrough to Potential Leads

Administration (20%)

  • Documenting information into CRMs, Google Drive & other platforms
  • Building Leads Packets + Mailers.
  • Some basic office tasks
  • Handling incoming calls
  • This job is office based and will require little to no travel

  • Easily write emails & messages
  • Ability to execute tasks & deliver results

Preferred Experience

  • Previous Experience in Outbound Sales Work
  • Previous Experience in Phone based work
  • Previous Experience in an Office environment

16-18$ Hourly depending on experience
Plus team based bonus structure plan for sales growth
